Josef Kemr was born on June 20, 1922 in Prague, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He is known for his work on Give the Devil His Due (1985), Monkey's Playtime (1978) and Pevnost (1994). He was married to Eva Foustková. He died on January 15, 1995 in Prague, Czech Republic.
