Shaan was born on September 30, 1972 in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, India as Shantanu Mukherjee. He is known for his work on Fanaa (2006), Om Shanti Om (2007) and 3 Idiots (2009). He is married to Radhika Jolly. They have two children.
