Yô Inoue was born on December 4, 1946 in Tokyo, Japan. She was an actress, known for Patlabor: The TV Series (1989), Mobile Suit Gundam (1979) and Mobile Police Patlabor: The Early Days (1988). She died on February 28, 2003 in Tokyo.
